When you view videos and pictures in thumbnail view there will be thumbs.db files in the folders.
If you find it irritating you can disable thumbnail cache in Windows క్ష్ప్
Go to Windows Explorer
Click Tools and Folder Options and select View
Put a tick mark on or enable "Do not cache thumbnails"
Click apply and click OK
